[24.04.09] - Twitter App Madness
I have been developing twitter apps for the past 6+ months and as time goes on i get more and more ambitious, i have had a few of my previous twitter websites being sold to newbies in the web world, i'm not complaining but one thing i remember is when i was first starting to buy & sell websites i was quite nervous sending my money and waiting for the goods/files to arrive.
Over the last couple of days i have been speaking with a young lad who is just dipping his small toe into the pool that is flipping websites. This young man asked a lot of the right questions regarding, hosting, domain names transfers and making money & me being the nice guy i am pointed out some ofer things he may have not thought of, such as updates.
Eventually we came to a deal about a website build - and of course being new to the game he was worried about sending me his money without yet receiving the website files, my advice to anyone is to research the person you are dealing / going to be dealing with BEFORE commiting to a deal - i myself being young, skint and of the same mind-set also do not like sending money to someone half way round the world for some code that may or may not make me money, but i check the sellers reputation either via their own website portfolio, forums or website flipping systems such as sitepoint and make my decisions based on the results.
